John-
You, Julie and your kids have always treated me so well from the moment me and Sarah became friends when we were about 12.

I have so many memories of you so theres too many to tell but heres just a few, from burning cd’s for us to fill your house with awful music, walking in from work to me and Sarah stuffing our faces watching charmed for the 4th night in a row and not batting an eyelid, not approving of my boyfriend (we all know which one!) but still letting me learn my own lessons.
Watching the football at the pub, evenings at the gin and rum festival, and the lazy movie days with all of us are just a few of the very special memories i am lucky enough to have.
I will never forget the support you always gave me, in particular, encouraging me to make a go of my business, as well as a few heart to hearts on poorly parents which I cannot begin to explain how helpful they were. You have always been there.

The strength and togetherness you and your family have all shown is admirable and I don’t know how anyone has done it.


I am so grateful to have known you, and for your family. I know you made so many memories together that they will cherish forever. Your sense of humour was one in a million and you never failed to make me laugh, no matter how serious the conversation was. Any of us that knew you were absolutely blessed to have had you in our lives, even if just for a moment.
